Annual General Meeting 2017

Wednesday 29th March 2017     7.30pm  prompt.

To be held at Brinsley Village Hall, Cordy Lane, Brinsley, Nottingham. NG16 5BY
As per Rule No. 10.
All items for the agenda must be received in writing by the Secretary at least 21 days prior to the date of the meeting. 8th March 2017

As per Rule No. 7.
Nominations for election to the committee to be with the secretary, in writing, 28 days prior to the date of the meeting, together with the nominees letter of willingness to stand. All new nominees to the committee, to be current fully paid up members of 18 months continuous membership at the time of the proposal.

The AGM Agenda to be sent out to all members of “The Club” at least 14 days prior to the meeting
 15th March 2017

There have been places available on the committee for a long time perhaps now is the time for your contribution to the “Club “. Putting something back in, as it were.

As members of the MDC you are entitled to attend the AGM as a matter of course. We would urge all fully paid up members to attend. Those who have held membership for less than 6 months cannot vote but can contribute to discussion.

All members must be fully paid up for the current year by 31st January 2017 to attend the AGM.
