Judge Ms T Forsey (Muzoku).
Thank you to the committee for the kind invitation to judge at this super Breed Club Show A very nice entry with some super dogs of all ages. I did notice some lacking the front angulation required for the breed which did have an effect on movement. Temperaments were excellent overall. It was an absolute pleasure to judge one of my favourite working breeds.
Minor Puppy Dog (3,1 abs)
- Brannan and Mycroft’s Supetas Boys are Back in Town.
What a way to start the show! A delightful brown and rust male who was so well balanced your eye was naturally drawn to him He did give his handler some work to do keeping him focused but its most important that these youngsters enjoy themselves, especially in the early stages. Head was also well balanced and in proportion to body with such an appealing expression. Good length to neck into a correct lay of shoulder. He was very well toned and he had very good bone for his age. Well arched cat-like feet, good bend of stifle and nice straight hocks Tail well set and he excelled on the moved, especially for such a young dog. He was just fluid with the correct reach and powerful drive He really pulled it out of the bag in the challenge too where he gave his all. I feel this boy has the brightest of futures ahead. BPIS RBD
- Hall’s Supeta’s Got to Give it Up.
Another lovely youngster with balanced angulation and very nice outline Attractive headpiece, good bone and muscle tone. He has an elegance to him and another with a very nice expression Firm topline held well on the move he just needs a little more confidence on the move to find his correct pace. Very nice indeed.
Puppy Dog (2 )
1.Groves, Lafford and Christenson’s Lateagain Starstruck.
At just shy of 9 months this brown/rust male was of good size for age. Blunt wedged shaped head with good eye shape and set. Good depth to muzzle with good bite. He was very well muscled all through and handled to bring out the best in him. Moved well in all directions.
- As 2nd MPD.
Junior (3)
- Hickling’s Evalesco Ego Boost.
At almost 16 months this young male presented in good muscular condition with good breadth and depth of chest. Ample round bone a tight catlike feet. He was stronger in head to balance with body with dark eye well set. He stands naturally in a good position and presents well in profile, so the handler needs to trust his dog more on the stand. He move so well in this class with vigorous gait, good reach and lovely rotary action at the rear He was unfortunately unsettled in the challenge.
- Brough and Brannan’s Supeta’s Miami Heat for Anilraz.
13 month old Black and rust male with a pleasant outline. He has a lovely head and expression. Enough bone for age with nice feet. Very well-muscled and toned and retained elegance Just a little unsettled today.

Open Dog (3, 1 abs)
- Mclaren’s AritaurInvincible at Teuschon
A very attractive dog in profile with an elegant outline and of medium size He has a well-balanced head with a very pleasing expression He has a good neck, firm topline and good angles front and rear Bone in proportion to body Moved well in very good, well-toned condition.
2.Robinson’s Ch/Int/ lux/ Bel NI CH Korifey Ivan ShCex
Black and Rust male of good type and structure. Appealing head and expression, moderate angles and bone in proportion to size He was very erratic today and move far too quickly and it was very difficult to assess his movement.
Veteran Dog
1.Lafford and Groves’ Lateagain Satisfaction JW ShCex
Its so nice to see a well balanced veteran enter the ring as just do what he does best. When he is left to stand independently you can clearly see how balanced he is. The way he is stacked at times pulls him out of his natural “pose” He is not a flashy dog but he has balance all through from the tip of his nose to the end of his tail. He put in a foot perfect performance today and just seemed to just get better the more he moved He just moved with vigour, reach and power in the Challenges and was awarded Best dog and later on BOS BVIS
Baby Puppy Dog (2)
Two very promising baby puppies here with plenty of confidence and delightful characters.

1.Jerver’s Grafmax Prettiest Star .
And that she was! Very pretty girl indeed I loved her head and expression Very clean elegant and expressive. She is well angulated at rear and is clearly got that rear action to a T. She has enough bone for her age, tidy feet and well set tail She was handled sympathetically and she really showed herself well.
- Seward and Mycroft’s Supeta’s Skys the Limit with Elleonia
Another really pretty, feminine girl with a lot of promise and good structural foundation Lovely outline to her and she had a beautiful headpiece She was not as confident as my class winner today. - Evans’ Amazon Just Let Me Adore You
And I most definitely did. This girl is just super As the breed standard states “ Medium size Muscular and elegant Of proud carriage compact and tough. Capable of great speed”
She just ticked all of the boxes and you could see she just loves doing what she does If I’m honest I struggled to fault her, especially on the move with the perfect balance of speed power vigour yet retaining every bit of femininity Her head piece was so pretty with such a lovely expression. Well-toned and good muscle all through BB BIS
